Gail Brown

September 21, 1952 - July 28, 2021

Some people only walk this earth for a short time. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, Mrs. Gail Marie Brown, 68, of Tyrone rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings. She was born September 21, 1952 in Washington, Georgia, daughter of the late Hubert E. Edmunds, Jr. and Bertha B. Edmunds. Gail had a fiery spirit and a passion for helping others. She lived her life with love as her guiding principle, keeping her family and friends close. She always had an open door and food on the table for whoever needed it. If you knew Gail then you had a “Gail Story” and that story was guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and laughter to your ears. Her physical presence will be greatly missed by her family and friends but her spirit and love will live inside their hearts for eternity. She was survived by her husband, Marcus “Junior” Brown; children, Lynn Danner (Lee), Keith Landrum, Bryant Brown (Christine), Justin Brown (Jean), Sharon Chance (Jason); sister, Linda Dockery (Ron); grandchildren, Lauren Branham (Kelvin), Brianna Brown, Cheynne Brown, BJ Brown, Catherine Bright, Summer Brown, Madison Brown, Ashlee Chance, and Jay Chance; great grandson, Carlen Branham.
