Mr. Milan Polacek, age 67, of Peachtree City, GA passed away Friday, October 15, 2021. He is preceded in death by his father, Miloslav Polacek. He is survived by his wife, Jana Polacek of Peachtree City, GA; daughter, Veronika Inman and her husband, Britt, of Peachtree City, GA; son, Michael Polacek and his wife, Erin, of Atlanta, GA; mother, Marie Polacek; sister, Irena Dvorska; grandchildren, Charlie Inman, Caroline Inman, Everly Inman, Norah Polacek; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving family members in The Czech Republic. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 3 o’clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Those wishing may sign the online guestbook at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.
