Nancy Monroe Goodrum

Nancy Monroe Goodrum of Decatur passed away on June 19, 2020. Nancy began a nursing career of more than 50 years, as a graduate of Grady Nursing School and a Grady nurse. She later entered hospital administration, serving as Chief Operating Officer of Southern Regional Hospital for several years. She retired from Emory University Hospital, where she served as a nursing administrator. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Chris) Goodrum of South Pasadena, CA; brothers, John Monroe of Decatur and Neil Monroe and his wife, Rayleen of Sharpsburg.
